Monuments By Moonlight Tour

Brief Abstract

Experience the panoramic views of Washington, D.C. in a different light as you immerse yourself in illuminated granite and marble imbued with events from the past. Join your fellow OLC Accelerate attendees to see the National Monuments come to life under the stars. Abraham Lincoln stoically overlooks the National Mall, while the stainless steel statues at the Korean War Memorial look hauntingly alive as they appear in motion. With sights such as the White House, U.S. Capitol Building, Washington Monument, World War II Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veteran’s and Korean War Memorials, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, this tour captures every sparkling moment as the moonlight projects on our Nation’s Capital.

7:00 PM – 7:15 PM Bus Transfer from hotel (departure from the Maryland Bus Loop - off Maryland Foyer)
7:15 PM – 9:45 PM Monuments by Moonlight Tour
9:45 PM – 10:00 PM Return Transfer to the Hotel

This tour in a ticketed event.  Tickets are $52/per person (6% sales tax will be applied).  

Note: This tour is mostly outdoors and involves walking between some locations. Participants should wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.

***UPDATE*** Ticket sales for Monuments by Moonlight have closed, but we have started a waiting list if you are still interested.  All ticket requests must be submitted by Friday, Sept. 24.  Please click on “Join the Waitlist.”  Indicate your number of tickets, and it will then ask you if you want to join the waitlist. We will notify you in late September if your ticket request can be fulfilled.
