In our competitive world, academic integrity is important to ensure that students have a fair and equitable learning experience and for institutions to safeguard the value of the degrees that they award. A post-pandemic survey conducted by the Director at Bay View Analytics showed that about 68% of students prefer and expect to have flexible learning options moving forward. With this increased appetite for flexible learning options, the question of how to protect academic integrity comes to the forefront.
Rick Dwyer and Robin Bradley will guide you through the importance of academic integrity for students, how it impacts the reputation of an institution, and why creating an honor code to deter academic dishonesty is important. After they discuss the basic principles of academic integrity, Rick and Robin will demonstrate how Honorlock’s unique features such as Search and Destroy and Live Pop-In can help protect academic integrity at your institution.
