During this lightning talk, the presenter will suggest steps that can be taken to successfully build the culture, processes, and infrastructure for implementing an online education strategy.

Developing and driving an institutional online education strategy can be challenging, particularly when limited by the size of your budget or staff. During this lightning talk, the presenter will share steps that can be taken to effectively build the culture, processes, and infrastructure for successfully implementing an online education strategy on a limited budget. The focus of the suggestions will center on:
- Encouraging innovation and risk-taking.
- Establishing and fostering productive partnerships.
- Ensuring operational alignment and integrated efforts with other institutional initiatives.
This presentation is only intended to last 7-8 minutes, with at least 5-7 minutes designated for questions and discussion. The presenter will prepare slides and will aim to both inspire and engage the audience in a style similar to a Ted Talk.
Upon the conclusion of this lightning talk, attendees will be able to:
