Extended Abstract

Join this session to hear how Florida State University’s College of Business has ditched unwieldy spreadsheets and clunky communication to successfully manage 150 faculty and the preparation of over 1000 Canvas courses per year. By adopting the right tool and aligning it with their workflow, this tiny team of two has been able to:

  • Continuously assess and monitor the readiness of all courses without a single spreadsheet
  • Ensure their quality standards are met across all courses and quickly identify gaps
  • Effectively communicate to Deans and Chairs the status and readiness of the Canvas courses in their departments
  • Dramatically reduce the time it takes to do all of the above!

This session will highlight and demonstrate the various features of ReadyGO, a course readiness tracking tool from Cidi Labs, which the Florida State University’s College of Business is using to improve the way they prepare so many Canvas courses for each new term.

Join us to see how you too could say goodbye to the spreadsheets and significantly lighten your (course prep) load!
